Enterprise Pattern & Prototype Inc. is a full service pattern shop with extensive experience in projects ranging from a simple match plates to complex multi-core tooling. EP has been a self-sustaining and growing business since 1991. Our experience allows us to provide very cost competitive tooling using state of the art computers, equipment, materials and  methods on time and on budget.

In October, 2006 we moved into our new facility located in the Minneapolis suburb of Jordan MN.  just 8 miles south on Hwy. 169 from our previous facility.  Our new facility was designed and setup to improve workflow and working conditions throughout the shop. This will help us remain competitive and provide improvements to our customers products.

Our staff has extensive training and experience in using our CAD/CAM software, CNC Milling machines and full range of manual mills, lathes and other hand tools. We boast over 60+ man years in the pattern making trade and frequently provide consulting to our customers during the early design phases to help cut costs and avoid potential problems further down the development cycle.

At Enterprise Pattern we use our CNC milling machines of various sizes and capabilities to build all of our tooling to insure the best accuracy and efficiency. We use networking from our CNC’s to our computers loaded with various CAD/CAM software for high speed machining capabilities.
